Important Note:By submitting this form you are confirming that you and your business will be purchasing an artwork produced by a Child Artist at a MINIMUM cost of $40. The final sale price of the artwork produced is up to your discretion completed as a silent auction run later in the year 2023, after the artworks have been produced and viewed.
